Loop Trips operates a private travel desk from Hitech City, Hyderabad, India. We design and arrange private and small-group itineraries across India and internationally. We are a travel arranger — not an airline, hotel chain, or insurer. Contact details appear on our About and Contact pages.
2. Booking & confirmation
- Catalogue prices on this website are starting floors in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. The ₹ / $ toggle converts for display only at an indicative rate. Live invoices are issued in INR unless agreed in writing.
- Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice until a hold is confirmed and payment terms are accepted in writing by the desk.
- Airline seats, hotel rooms, cruise or boat tickets, and activity slots are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Pricing is based on the age of passengers at the time of booking. Please enter correct ages. Incorrect age details may incur penalties or fare differences at the time of travel.
- Online trip requests on this website do not process payment. A Loop reference stored in your browser is not a paid contract until the desk confirms your itinerary, inclusions, and hold in writing.
3. Hotels & accommodation
- Standard hotel check-in is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
- Early check-in and late check-out are solely at the discretion of the hotel and may carry additional charges payable directly or through the desk.
- A maximum of three adults are permitted in one room unless the property confirms otherwise. The third occupant is typically provided a mattress or rollaway bed.
- In case of unavailability at a listed hotel, we will arrange alternate accommodation of similar standard. Room category and view may differ from illustrations on trip pages.
- Certain hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, governed by the hotel’s own policy.
4. Itinerary, transport & activities
- Once confirmed, your itinerary is fixed for the booked dates. Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability, supplier fees, and desk approval.
- Transportation is provided as per the confirmed itinerary and is not at disposal unless explicitly included in your invoice.
- Guide charges are not included in package prices unless listed under Inclusions on your trip page or written confirmation.
- Cruise, ferry, and boat tickets are subject to availability; schedules may vary per operator confirmation. In case of cancellation due to weather, government restriction, or operator decision, no refund is guaranteed for the affected segment.
- For any activity that is complimentary and not charged to Loop Trips or the guest, no refund will be processed if that activity cannot take place.
- Due to road conditions, traffic, festivals, and local events, travel duration may vary. Please adhere to timings given by your escort, guide, or tour manager.
Itinerary changes by Loop Trips. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary before or during travel due to force majeure, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather, traffic, overbooking of hotels or flights, flight cancellation or re-routing, closure or entry restrictions at a place of visit, or similar events beyond our control. We will endeavour to make suitable alternate arrangements; however, we are not liable for refund or compensation claims arising solely from such modifications where supplier terms limit recovery.
5. Inclusions & exclusions
Each trip page lists what is included and what is not. Unless explicitly stated in your written confirmation, the booking price does not include:
- Expenses of a personal nature — laundry, telephone, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, tips, portage, camera or monument fees, and similar.
- International or domestic flights, unless listed under Inclusions.
- Visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and medical expenses.
- Guide charges, unless included.
- Cost of route deviation or extension of ticket validity.
- Any item not mentioned under Inclusions on your trip page or invoice.

6. Your responsibilities
- Valid passports, visas, permits, and travel insurance for every guest.
- Accurate guest names, dates, ages, and contact details at the time of hold.
- Reading inclusions, exclusions, and health or altitude notes on each trip page before confirming.
- Indian nationals must carry valid government photo ID (Voter ID, driving licence, Aadhaar, or passport) while travelling domestically, as required by hotels and authorities.
- Compliance with local laws, dress codes at religious sites, and instructions from guides and drivers.
7. Natural calamity & force majeure
If your package must be cancelled or curtailed due to natural calamity, severe weather, government orders, or similar events, Loop Trips will strive to secure the maximum possible refund or credit subject to agreements with our trade partners and vendors. Recovery is not always possible for non-refundable supplier components.
8. Liability
We arrange stays, listed transfers, and experiences with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loop Trips is not liable for delays, weather, illness, injury, loss of belongings, or acts of third-party suppliers beyond amounts recoverable under their terms. Travel insurance is strongly advised for every journey.
9. Website use
Content on this site — prices, routes, images — is for planning purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by the desk. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our itineraries for commercial use without written permission.
10. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
