- Browser-saved trip requests remain on your device until you clear them or remove them under My bookings.
- Desk records — booking correspondence, invoices, and guest details — are retained as long as needed to fulfil the booking, handle disputes, and meet tax and legal requirements, typically up to seven years for financial records.
- Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — access controls, secure communication channels, and limited staff access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
