Cancellation policy

Clear windows so you know what a hold costs to release. Demo bookings on this site are free to release anytime from My bookings.

Live desk bookings

45+ days before departure — full credit toward another Loop trip, or refund per the refund policy.
30–44 days — 50% of the trip value held as credit; remainder may be retained for supplier holds.
Under 30 days — non-refundable except for documented medical or force-majeure cases reviewed by the desk.
Surprise sealed trips — same windows; destination reveal does not change cancellation rights.

How to cancel

Write to concierge@looptrips.com or WhatsApp +91 99511 39299 with your Loop reference. We confirm in writing within one business day.

Site demo holds

Holds created on this website store a reference in your browser only. No payment is taken. Release them anytime under My bookings.
